Each recipient will receive up to $15 million for the next two years and up to $160 million over 10 years.

Since its opening, the shared commercial kitchen facility has served nearly 100 new and growing food businesses.

Ten organizations are expected to serve more than 600 entrepreneurs across 29 counties by the middle of 2024.

The facility is part of the Station 41 Biotech Commercialization Hub that also includes an accelerator, venture studio, and dedicated fund.

Founder Thomas Kincer says, "Custom shops don’t like messing with the chassis. They like to focus on the exterior. Our passion is building the chassis and powertrains.”
