Techstars seeking mentors for the “Industries of the Future Accelerator”
Those interested will have an opportunity to meet the start-up entrepreneurs during Mentor Madness later in March.
The “Techstars Industries of the Future Accelerator” is looking for a few good mentors to help the start-ups that will be part of Cohort 3. That’s the word from Brandon Bruce, Managing Director for the third year of the 13-week program that launches next week.
“Mentors will have the opportunity to spend 20 minutes with each founder in rapid succession,” he explained. “If there’s a great match between mentor and founder, the mentor can spend additional time with the founder during the program as a lead mentor.”
Those meetings will occur during the week of March 25 as a part of Mentor Madness. Ten teams will be selected, and eight have already completed the Techstars due diligence process. There will also be a introduction of the start-ups from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. EDT on March 18 at the Techstars offices, 465 South Gay Street. To register, click here.
