The five finalists will compete for the opportunity to win a total of $65,000 in non-dilutive capital and in-kind services, courtesy of PYA Accountants and Advisors.

Speakers and panelists dissected what their communities and organizations are currently doing to adopt AI, and how to use it more strategically in the future. 

The company was part of the 2022 cohort of the Innovation Crossroads program at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL).

These judges were hand-selected as a result of their contributions to the Tennessee entrepreneurial ecosystem, and personal achievements with their respective companies and organizations.

From PFAS water filtration to cooking independence systems, seven finalists showcased the diverse future of East Tennessee’s startup economy.

For the first time in the program's history, the competition is open to students from the entire UT System, including all undergraduate and graduate campuses.

"We showed more than 4,700 people what makes Tennessee unique. It is a chance for us to reach out and engage with some of the world's boldest thinkers and game-changers," said Chloe Morrison, LaunchTN's Communications Director.
