Ragland joins Blount Partnership staff
Rachel Ragland has been named Director of Economic and Workforce Development at the Blount Partnership. She succeeds Bill Eanes who joined Vision Engineering and Design Services as Director of Business Development. Here’s the link to the Partnership announcement.
