Four founders graduate from 10th cohort of 100Knoxville
100Knoxville is a program dedicated to helping Black-owned business owners in Knoxville thrive.
Four founders were matched with an all-star team of mentors for a five-week sprint that kicked off in August and wrapped up in October.
The program was guided by 100Knoxville Facilitator, Kandis Troutman. Throughout the program, founders worked to clarify their business strategies, make connections across the entrepreneurial community, improve operations, and increase sales.

Ben Bostick – Stank Fitness LLC
Stank Fitness offers in-person and online training, fitness tips, and nutrition tips and strategies to help people get out of their funk, and reach their true potential.
Frank James – Kids Cove Drop-In Child Care
Kids Cove Drop-In Child Care, co-founded by Frank James III and Eboni James, Esq., provides flexible, reliable part-time, and emergency childcare tailored to diverse family needs from ages 6 months to 12 years. It is open 7 days a week to be able to provide a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where children can learn, play, and thrive while offering parents the peace of mind that comes with knowing their children are in capable hands.
Kimberly Black – Trusted Field Services
Trusted Field Services is a local woman-owned construction company. It specializes in concrete flatwork and flooring. Trusted Field Services is more than just a construction company— it is a partner in turning visions into reality. They have established themselves as a leading name in the construction industry with a commitment to excellence, quality craftsmanship, and unparalleled customer service.
Jasmine Newton – Javon Renee Portraits
Javon Renee Portraits is a full-service portrait photography studio that offers transformative branding and legacy portrait experiences that celebrate its clients’ strength, authenticity, and individuality.
Each of the 100Knoxville founders will receive $10,000 toward the betterment of their businesses. The program is sponsored by Bank of America and Schaad Companies.
