Maker City Summit tickets now on sale

Calling all makers! Get your tickets now for September's Maker City Summit in Knoxville.

Speakers, workshops, headshots, mingling, and everything else that makes up a maker’s dream networking and learning event will come together this fall at the 2023 Maker City Summit.

The Maker City Summit is an incredible three-day experience to educate, inspire, and bring our creative community closer together. This isn’t your average conference; it’s a chance to learn, grow, and connect with fellow makers and founders who share your passion.

It starts on Friday, September 8 with the Summit Soiree, a mingling and networking event at Curio at The Maker Exchange near World’s Fair Park.

Saturday starts with optional professional headshots, then both Saturday and Sunday have keynote addresses, moderated panels, and breakout sessions for all types of makers.

Participate in engaging conversations and sessions led by industry experts, delve into strategies and trends, learn from each other’s successes (and failures), and shape the future of your businesses and our creative community together.

This year’s featured keynote speakers are Thomas “Detour” Evans (Saturday) and Natalie Franke (Sunday).

Evans is an all-around creative specializing in large-scale public art, interactive visuals, portraiture, immersive spaces, and creative directing. He has a combined social media following of over 150k. Franke is one of the founders of the Rising Tide, the Chief Evangelist at HoneyBook, and the author of Built to Belong. She leads tens of thousands of independent business owners while fostering a spirit of community over competition around the world.

Expert panels will discuss maker marketing as well as the business of making. Breakout sessions cover everything from pricing and teaching workshops to financing and branding.

Early bird tickets are on sale now for $65, with prices increasing as we get closer to September. You can buy tickets here.
