To be eligible to enter, an applicant must:

  • Be a legal resident of the United States;
  • Be a for-profit business operating for at least one (1) year primarily within the United States;
  • Have fewer than 250 employees or gross revenues of less than $20 million for both 2021 and 2022;
  • Agree to all of the Award Rules, including potentially attending the award ceremony.

After three rounds of judging, the winner of America’s Top Small Business 2023 will receive national recognition and a $25,000 cash prize! All seven selected finalists will receive a one-year paid U.S. Chamber of Commerce membership.

Last year’s winner was Knoxville start-up Carbon Rivers.

“The amount of exposure that the U.S. Chamber has at this level is pretty remarkable and allowing us to be showcased among other businesses is really special to us,” Carbon Rivers Chief Strategy Officer David Morgan told BOSS Magazine in an article about this win.

If you think your business can take the top spot, apply here by 11:59 p.m. EDT on July 7.
