Innova Memphis leads Series A for Newnan, GA data technology company
The investment will play a crucial role in accelerating iYOTAH Solutions' product development efforts.
iYOTAH Solutions, a Newnan, GA-based data technology company that specializes in innovative and economic data-driven solutions for livestock producers and their stakeholders, has announced the successful closure of its Series A funding.
The $2.8 million round was led by Innova Memphis through its Innova Ag Innovation Fund VI. We previously reported in this late August teknovation.biz article that the fund had its first close of $40 million with the goal of raising $75 million.
The Series A funding highlights Innova’s strong confidence and belief in iYOTAH’s vision and capabilities to provide cutting-edge data technology that connects data, people and businesses across the livestock industry. By providing actionable, economic-driven insights, iYOTAH’s nTELL platform saves time, simplifies decision making, increases efficiencies and profits and facilitates the critical thinking necessary to drive continuous improvement throughout the value chain.
The investment will play a crucial role in accelerating iYOTAH’s product development, advancing artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities, expanding market reach, and strengthening its position as the market leader.
“We are delighted to partner with Innova as we embark on a momentous year for our company,” said Kari Spaan, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of iYOTAH Solutions. “This investment not only validates the strength and value of our producer focused, data analytics and business intelligence platform, but also provides us with the resources needed to drive further innovation and meet the growing needs of our customers – livestock producers and their stakeholders.”
Innova, known for its strategic investments in high-potential companies, expressed enthusiasm for the partnership. “iYOTAH Solutions and their nTELL™ platform, has demonstrated exceptional potential in the livestock industry. We are confident in their ability to disrupt the market by providing data driven technology that livestock farmers actually need and want,” said Jan Bouten, Managing Partner at Innova. “This investment aligns with our strong commitment to supporting visionary companies that are poised for significant growth and drive positive impact throughout the Ag Industry.”
