St. Patrick’s Day Study

Knoxville ranked number 13 overall for the best city to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day!

With St. Patrick’s Day around the corner, the personal finance website WalletHub  released its report this week on 2024’s Best Cities for St. Patrick’s Day Celebrations. WalletHub compared 200 of the largest U.S. cities across 15 key metrics, ranging from Irish pubs and restaurants per capita to the lowest price for a three-star hotel on St. Patrick’s Day.

The Scruffy City has the 22nd most Irish Pubs & Restaurants per capita, 56th average beer price, and the 19th best weather predicted for St. Patrick’s day.

The Big Ears Festival will be held in Knoxville from March 21- 24. Big Ears collaborates with artists, audiences, and communities to create joyful, meaningful, and transcendent cultural experiences that defy boundaries, fuel curiosity, ignite the spirit, and nourish the soul.

Remote Area Medical’s pop-up clinic offering FREE dental, vision and medical services to the Jellico, Tenn. and surrounding communities is set for two days only, March 23-24. Please share the word with any potential patients that may be in need of care.

All services are free, no ID required, and on a first-come, first-served basis. Sunday, clinic services are a half day.
