A trio of Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) staffers have licensed technology they developed and formed Horizon31 to build a set of products and services that provide customized unmanned vehicle control systems.

The Horizon31 team consists of Andrew Harter, Brad Stinson and Bogdan Vacaliuc who conducted their original research and development as part of ORNL’s National Security Sciences Directorate.
