Stanford student newspaper publishes entrepreneurial guide for new students
Here’s an initiative that we have not seen before, but we think it is something that any university should encourage. It’s a two-part series (Part 1 and Part 2) that The Stanford Daily published as a comprehensive guide for new students to the institution’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
“Stanford’s entrepreneurial ecosystem is vast, catering to all students from aspiring start-up founders to those simply interested in learning about start-ups,” the article noted. “Like a biological ecosystem, it is a complex network of interdependent individuals, groups, relations and resources, but one that supports entrepreneurial education and the creation and growth of start-ups and ventures — brand-new companies or businesses.”
