Boston Government Services LLC names a new Chief Operating Officer, and Vanderbilt University names four new "Master Innovators."

As the Knoxville Chamber works to bring high-paying technology jobs to the area, it's places like Muse Knoxville that first get kids interested in the skills it will take to fill those future jobs.

The program is underwritten in part from funding under a U.S. Department of Energy award.

The university secured more than $36.3 million in external research funding for the fiscal year ending June 30, supported by 167 sponsored research activations that span across Tech’s academic departments, colleges, and schools.

UT, Knoxville student Zain Zitawi won $3,000 during the fall semester 2022 “Graves Business Plan Competition” and another $5,000 in the spring edition of the "Boyd Venture Challenge."

It's the latest offering from the Knoxville Technology Council's Women in Tech team and includes two general sessions, three breakout rounds, and a conference-ending happy hour.

From Atlanta to Birmingham, Greenville, and Raleigh, there are several opportunities this month.

The Nashville-based start-up has also secured more than 500,000 users just four months after launching.
