The Johnson City-based supporter of entrepreneurs will use the funds to launch a "Substance Use Disorder and Recovery to Entrepreneurship Ecosystem" in the Northeast Tennessee region.

The deadline to apply for the chance to win $10,000 is November 1. The event is set for November 15 in Cookeville.
