SBA schedules workshop on new SBIC rules

Just a few days ago, we posted this article about the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) formally adopting new guidelines for the Small Business Investment Company’s (SBIC) Diversification and Growth Final Rule. The reforms are designed to increase government support for emerging, venture, growth and fund-of-funds managers committed to financing American small businesses and start-ups.
