Real Good Kitchen reaches 12 members for its shared facility

Bailey Foster, Founder of Real Good Kitchen, shared this update last week on progress at her new facility:

“We hit a big milestone this week – 12 kitchen members! Real Good Kitchen is open and it’s working! We’re watching our members radically change their production processes, try new equipment, and get more efficient. We’re buying new equipment that our members need to improve their food production quality and time.

Our growth means we’re having to order more dish soap, paper towels, rags, and aprons. We have to take the trash out more often and clean the hood.

All the right things are happening! You have been an integral part of our opening and growth – thank you! Please keep us in mind if you or anyone you know is in need of commercial kitchen space and food entrepreneurship community!”

As noted in this recent teknovation.biz article, Foster successfully completed a crowdfunding campaign in January.
