One year after winning Crown Pitch, Allmon Artistry moves into new office space

The founder, Jasmine Allmon, is looking for additional tenants, with hopes of turning it into a full-service wellness center.

Just one year after taking home the crown and $7,500 at The Women and Shora Foundation’s Crown Pitch, Jasmine Allmon has moved into a brand-new office space of her own.

It’s a milestone she never imagined when she first launched her business eight years ago.

Her company, Allmon Artistry, specializes in corrective skincare as well as cosmetic and medical tattooing. Her services include facials, waxing, permanent brows, lips, eyeliner, freckles, 3D areola restoration, and scar revision. She’s one of the few providers in the region offering some of these niche services.

“I’ve invested in my continuing education so I can offer more of these specialty treatments—things people often don’t realize are available locally,” Allmon said. “They think they have to go to big cities like Atlanta, but actually, I’m right here in Knoxville.”

Allmon sees her work as deeply personal—often helping clients at their most vulnerable.

“A lot of people come to me during their healing journey- especially when it comes to hair loss or areola restoration,” she said. “It’s like a form of therapy for them, a way to close a chapter—and to be part of that is so rewarding.”

teknovation.biz first interviewed Allmon after her 2024 win at the Crown Pitch Competition, when she planned to use her prize money to strengthen her branding and advertising. (See story here).

Since then, her growth has been remarkable.

“I’m definitely a professional networker—I treat it like a job,” she said. “I put myself in a position to be connected with other wellness providers and small business owners.”

That’s exactly how she found her new space. The office had previously been leased by another permanent makeup provider who decided it was time to sell the business and move on.

“It was meant to be,” Allmon said. “The place was already up to code and fully equipped for the services I plan to offer.”

She signed the paperwork to take over the space, and just a few weeks later, moved in.

That’s when the realization hit: “It’s time to get to work!” she said.

The space is larger than she originally planned for, with three private suites (that can be further divided), a kitchen, and a spacious lobby (which could also be sectioned off for additional use).

“I can’t use all of this space by myself, so I’d love to create a collective of beauty and wellness providers who can host their own businesses here,” she said.

Her long-term vision is to turn the space into a hub for both practitioners and clients—a one-stop shop for services like aesthetics, threading, nails, eyelashes, massage therapy, and more.

“I also have a huge lobby. I want to host mixers, events, and gatherings to bring people together—an opportunity to mix and mingle with like-minded individuals,” Allmon said.

She knows building the right tenant base will take time and intentionality, but she’s excited about the opportunity ahead.

“It’s a whole new level of entrepreneurship,” she said. “I have faith that the spaces will be filled with the right people.”
