New fintech accelerator announced for Tampa Bay area
If fintech is your interest, there’s another new accelerator that has just been announced.
The University of South Florida Muma College of Business and Tampa Bay Wave will launch a multiyear partnership called the “FinTech|X Accelerator,” with its first cohort to be selected in 2022. The program is designed to help high-potential start-ups in the financial technology industry through mentoring, pitch coaching and investment training. More significant, it is part of an effort to grow that sector in the region.
The 90-day program expects to accept applications on or before January 1. More details are here.
