Yesterday was a big news day for North Carolina State University (NCSU) and its Centennial Campus that is home to the new Eastman Innovation Center, a new initiative previously spotlighted on teknovation.biz. NCSU, which is one of the partner universities of UT-Battelle, LLC, will be home to a $140 million consortium of companies and universities that will develop the next generation of energy-efficient electronic chips and devices.
