Nashville Entrepreneur Center recruiting for three positions
They are Director of Programs, Director of Engagement, and Social Media and Content Manager.
The Nashville Entrepreneur Center (NEC) is recruiting for three positions – Director of Programs, Director of Engagement, and Social Media and Content Manager.
- The Director of Programs is responsible for the execution and quality of NEC’s accelerator and community offerings. This includes oversight of NEC’s stage-based accelerators (TakeOff and InFlight), the Project Healthcare accelerator, and the Community Manager who drives membership and workshops.
- The Director of Engagement is a vital member of the program team, working closely with the group to support entrepreneurs across various service offerings at the NEC and beyond by leading the NEC’s alumni, advisor, and capital networks. This is a cross-functional, highly relational role that blends community building, systems design, and hands-on founder support to ensure depth of founder outcomes and the continuity of their NEC journey.
- About the Social Media and Content Manager, NEC leadership notes that “This Isn’t a Desk Job. In a typical week, you’ll spend 70 percent of your time in the field – at pitch competitions, accelerator sessions, or member happy hours. You might film a three-minute interview with a founder who just closed their Series A, edit it on your phone, and post it before you get home. You’ll spend the other 30 percent planning which stories to chase next and analyzing what’s actually driving people to apply to our programs, become a member, or support the NEC.”
The deadline to apply for the three positions is November 28.
