More details released about 10-day “36|86 Festival”

LaunchTN has announced a few more details about the online everywhere edition of its annual “36|86 Festival.” The sessions and a brief description of them are:

  • August 17 and 18 – “Healthcare Innovation” which will be designed to explore the Southeast’s vibrant healthcare start-up and investment culture, reflecting innovations across healthcare, life sciences, biomedical devices, and health tech.
  • August 19 and 20 – “Music Tech + Digital Media” which will illustrate innovations in the Southeast and other emerging ecosystems in music tech, entertainment, and digital media.
  • August 21 – First part of “Creative Economy + Ecosystems” that will: (1) reflect the vibrant creative economy in Tennessee, the Southeast, and other emerging regions; and also (2) spur innovative thinking in design, community building, and start-up ecosystems.
  • August 24 and 25 – “Early Stage Founders + Capital” that is designed to engage with the next generation of growing start-ups and the funds that help them get there by reflecting the authentic challenges and opportunities early stage companies experience.
  • August 26 and 27 – “Scaling Founders + Capital” that will be: (1) a showcase about industries and individuals that power the Southeast’s innovation landscape; and (2) a sharing of lessons and learnings from companies, investors, and organizations that operate at institutional or high-growth stages.
  • August 28 – Second part of “Creative Economy + Ecosystems” that will reflect the vibrant creative economy in Tennessee, the Southeast, and other emerging regions, and to spur innovative thinking in design, community building, and start-up ecosystems.
