Looking for funding in the Upper Cumberland region?

The Biz Foundry and several partners are collaborating on a two-hour workshop the evening of July 18 in Cookeville.

If you are in the Upper Cumberland region and are looking for capital of any type, there’s a workshop that you might want to attend later this month.

The Biz Foundry, the regional entrepreneur center, is joining forces with several other organizations to host a two-hour event on July 18 titled “Find Your Funding.” It begins at 5:30 p.m. CDT at The Biz Foundry’s Cookeville headquarters, 114 North Cedar Avenue.

“The task of funding your business can be daunting but luckily there is a lot of help in the Upper Cumberland,” The Biz Foundry writes in the Eventbrite registration page. “Come learn from area experts about the various resources that are available for you. In addition to the panel discussion, you will have the opportunity to talk with area lenders and partner organizations to learn more about all they offer.”

Partners and their panelists for the event include the Upper Cumberland Development District (Mindy Tramel), Tennessee Small Business Development Center (Tyler Asher), Launch Tennessee (Evan Prislovsky), Upper Cumberland Investment Alliance (Jeff Brown), TN Rural Development FundBright Bridge Capital (David Allen), and FirstBank (Brandon Reeves).
