Knoxville’s “Maker City Summit” goes virtual for 2020 edition in September

Add Knoxville’s “Maker City Summit” to the list of events that is going virtual.

The organizers announced yesterday that the annual event will be held September 12 and 13. As noted on the organization’s webpage,”This year, through a virtual conferencing platform, you will have the unprecedented opportunity to interact with keynote speakers, workshop leaders, and subject matter experts throughout the two-day experience. You will gain useful knowledge and participate in speaker dialogue like never before.”

Featured speakers and their topics announced yesterday were:

  • “Brandology” with Van Tucker, Interim Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Launch Tennessee and former CEO of the Nashville Fashion Alliance;
  • “The Conference Formula” with Regina Bonds,  Confidence Coach at Unstoppable Confidence Inc.; and
  • “Make Every Day a Holiday” with Stephen Brown, Designer and Creator at Glitterville Studios in Rockwood.
