Knoxville Chamber asks for participation in “2021 Wage and Benefit Survey”

The Knoxville Chamber is partnerning with several other organizations on compiling and analyzing data for the “2021 Wage and Benefit Survey.”

As described in the latest edition of the Loop, the Chamber’s weekly newsletter, the “survey is designed to gauge the pay and benefit structures for the Knoxville area in order to provide actionable benchmarks for the business community.”

The Chamber is partnering with the Knoxville HR Connection, Results HR, and the University of Tennessee Human Resource Management Intern Program on the initiative.

“Candid community input is critical to the success and viability of the results,” said Mark Field, Senior Vice President of Development for the Knoxville Chamber. “Respondents will receive priority access to the survey outcome. The results are beneficial in evaluating an organization’s retention and recruitment strategies. In addition, the results can be used to better communicate competitive advantages.”

The announcement also indicated that “individual responses cannot be traced back to any company in particular” and “respondents will receive priority access to the survey results. These results are beneficial in evaluating your organization’s retention and recruitment strategies. In addition, these results can be used to better communicate competitive advantages in this area.”

Deadline to respond is August 13. The survey can be found here.
