FutureTech.NYC believes it has a new model to hyper-accelerate tech start-ups

The Founders of FutureTech.NYC believe their model focusing on hyper-accelerating the commercialization of next-gen technologies has the potential to shake up the venture capital (VC) industry.

According to this news release announcing the new firm, FutureTech.NYC was founded on the belief that the current VC investment model doesn’t support the types of technology start-ups needed to take on our biggest problems. The Founders state that VCs have moved to funding later rounds and are taking fewer early risks – stagnating the kind of big idea, research-driven solutions that we need today, for tomorrow.
