EKOM 4.0 is now live, turning product data into actionable insights

The upgraded platform delivers enterprise-grade optimization to merchants of every size, helping them turn inconsistent product data into structured, search-ready, revenue-driving content.

Mid-December, right before the annual holiday break for Teknovation, EKOM AI announced that its most recent product offering had hit the market. EKOM 4.0 builds on the company’s innovative technology but now offers more in-depth insights to e-commerce merchants.

The EKOM team said the platform was built with a new generation of semantic AI and automated enrichment pipelines. EKOM 4.0’s new capabilities can accelerate how retailers and brands optimize SKUs, PDPs, and product feeds. (Watch how EKOM AI works).

The result is an elevated product catalog that is easier to discover, more likely to convert, and built to free teams from hours of manual effort.

One of the defining factors of the new system is the “RAS Intelligence Loop.”

This loop will keep product data in a continuously optimized state as market conditions and search behaviors evolve. It also automatically absorbs the responsibility of data clean-up, something that used to fall on the shoulders of the merchants themselves.
