Dozens of new jobs created as One Inc expands into Knoxville
One Inc is modernizing the insurance industry through a unified and frictionless payment network. Their new Knoxville facility will bring 30 more new jobs to the area.
One Inc, the leading digital payments network for the insurance industry, is opening a new center of excellence in Knoxville.
This expansion will allow One Inc to provide local support for its more than 240 existing U.S. customers and continue to grow in the American market. The company, which initially hired 30 employees in 2022 to staff the first office, is in the process of hiring about 30 more employees for the second Knoxville location, bringing its total global footprint to over 660 employees.
The Knoxville office will focus on addressing the customer service and technical support needs of One Inc’s clients. Open collaborative workspaces will be available for all employees along with training rooms for onsite professional development.

With this investment, we are able to expand staffing and capabilities in our new office and demonstrate our determined commitment to enhancing and optimizing our customer experience.”
Company and area leaders celebrated the new expansion with a ribbon cutting of the new facility Thursday. The office is located at 8331 E. Walker Springs Lane in West Knoxville. Newly in that location, they’ve already acquired more space in another building in the same office park off Gallaher View Road.
