DOE issues second FOA for SBIR and STTR funding

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs issued the second Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) for Fiscal Year 2021.

The Phase I Release 2 FOA, with approximately $50 million in available funding, will allow small businesses to submit applications to establish the technical feasibility of new innovations that advance the DOE mission.

More details on the Release 2 topics can be found here including a link to register for a webinar this Friday. Letters of intent are due by 5 p.m. EST January 4, and the deadline for full proposals is 11:59 p.m. EST on February 22.
