David Cummings identifies five traits he looks for in entrepreneurs
They range from a desire to improve to a glass-half-full outlook.
David Cummings, Founder of Atlanta Tech Village and also Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Atlanta Ventures, writes in a recent column about the important traits he looks for in an entrepreneur.
Noting that “entrepreneurship is not a one-size-fits-all journey,” he still identifies five that Cummings thinks are keys. They are:
- A desire to improve;
- A unique view on risk;
- A chip on the shoulder;
- “MacGyver-level” resourcefulness; and
- A glass-half-full outlook.
He expounds on these traits here.
