Chattanooga’s Text Request experiences another ARR milestone
Text Request, a Chattanooga-based software start-up, recently established a new annual recurring revenue (ARR) milestone of $3 million.
In a news release, the company said this reflects continued revenue progress for the young business, as the company topped $1 million ARR in 2018 and hit the $2 million ARR mark in late-2019. Text Request provides text messaging software as a service (SaaS) to more than 2,000 organizations across the U.S. and Canada, and has seen this tremendous growth despite refusing any outside investment thus far.
