
CERMET wins inaugural TVBA/Brown and Roberto business plan competition
CERMET-Metal Composite of Oak Ridge has won the inaugural “Veterans Business Plan Competition” sponsored by the Tennessee Veterans Business Association and Brown & Roberto law firm. The winner received $5,000.
CERMET utilizes a process licensed from the Y-12 National Security Complex as the basis for a new ceramic metal composite to be used in forming of new, lightweight ballistic protection. Here’s the official news release (2 0 CERMET Release).
