Application window closes at the end of the month for the AgeInnovate pitch competition
It involves a multi-step due diligence process.
With 70 million Americans approaching age 65, AgeInnovate is driving the future of AgeTech in Nashville and beyond—connecting entrepreneurs, building community, and inspiring solutions for aging well.
The second annual AgeInnovate event will be held in Music City from 5 to 8 p.m. CDT on September 17 at FARMUSE, and the deadline for applications from early stage start-ups that are improving life for older adults—and those who care for them—to apply for the 2025 pitch competition is the end of June. Finalists will pitch for a chance at a $25,000 investment from Community Equity Partners (CEP).
Among the criteria to be considered are these:
- Raised less than $5 million in total funding;
- Annual revenue under $1 million;
- Product in market or have a minimun viable product completed (not idea stage);
- Focused on aging or improving quality of life for older adults (e.g., health, wellness, caregiving, mobility, social connection, etc.);
- Headquartered in the United States;
- Able to present in person at the event; and
- Willing to complete due diligence with CEP.
Teams selected for due diligence will be notified by a representative from AgeInnovate no later than July 11, and finalists selected for the pitch competition will be notified by August 15.
