Two East TN entrepreneurs planning day-long event about adopting smart AI in the workplace
The "More Signal, Less Noise" AI Summit will be hosted by Marcus Blair, Founder of Omega Business Solutions and CoreIQ, and Chris McAdoo, founder of Fighting Shape Impact Company.
There’s a lot of AI out there, and often it can be difficult to decipher what tools work best for you and what AI shortcuts actually work against you.
That’s why Marcus Blair, the founder of Omega Business Solutions and CoreIQ, and Chris McAdoo, the founder of Fighting Shape Impact Company, are joining forces to offer a full-day summit for founders, creatives, and developers to get real about AI in the workplace.
The inaugural event, called “More Signal, Less Noise,” will take place inside the Square Room on April 23.
“The event strips away buzzwords to focus purely on practical business strategies,” the organizers said.
Featured speakers include:
- Jared Meredith, Senior Director, Engineering & Architecture at Redd Stagg
- Barbara Wing, Senior Director of Internal Audit at Clayton Homes
- Joey Yow, Sr Manager, Digital Support Experience at Pet Safe Brands
- Olivia McGhee, General Manager at Ancient Lore Village
- Jason Farr, Director of Information Services at Bush Brothers & Company
- Abhijit Verekar, Founder of Avero Advisors
“This is not a button-down, dark suit type of event,” Blair noted. “This is about business. This explains what works and what doesn’t, told by the people who implemented it, not by consultants who bought a speaking slot.”
Other key presentations for the day-long program include an opening keynote from McAdoo, a panel about the legalities of AI, and tips from business owners on how they implement artificial intelligence into their workflows.
