The Austin-based program is a collaboration involving CrowdStrike, Amazon Web Services, and NVIDIA.
From Austin, TX:
CrowdStrike has announced the launch of its second annual Cybersecurity Start-up Accelerator with Amazon Web Services (AWS). NVIDIA also joins in supporting the accelerator program, powering the next generation of artificial intelligence (AI) and cloud security start-ups.
Targeting cybersecurity’s next market-defining disruptors across the U.S. and the EMEA (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa), AWS and CrowdStrike with NVIDIA through its Inception program, will provide mentorship, technical expertise, funding, and go-to-market opportunities.
Applications for the AWS and CrowdStrike Cybersecurity Start-up Accelerator with NVIDIA are open through January 10, 2025. Selected start-ups will be enrolled in a free eight-week program developed by AWS, CrowdStrike, and NVIDIA that offers mentorship and guidance from industry experts and executives. From Covington, KY:
The Northern Kentucky Tribune reports that Aviatra Accelerators has launched a new incubator in Covington’s Innovation Alley, adjacent to the organization’s current offices. The Aviatra Incubator is designed to provide early stage women entrepreneurs in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky with the resources, mentorship, and community they need to accelerate their businesses, furthering Aviatra’s mission to empower women to start and grow their companies.
The incubator goes beyond traditional start-up support by offering a safe, comfortable, and collaborative space where women can connect, share knowledge and grow alongside fellow female entrepreneurs.
“Our goal is to foster an ecosystem of mutual support and level the playing field for women-owned businesses,” said Jill Morenz, Aviatra President and Chief Executive Officer. “Many early stage female entrepreneurs don’t have easy access to the resources they need to start and accelerate their businesses, such as affordable office space, funding opportunities, and experienced mentors. The incubator aims to reduce those barriers and address some of the specific challenges women face in entrepreneurship.”
The Aviatra Incubator will offer:
- Below-market-rate dedicated office space for six women-owned businesses;
- Co-working space for women business owners;
- Pop-up retail space for women entrepreneurs to showcase their products; and
- Versatile event space for any company or individual holding meetings, classes, retreats, or other professional gatherings.
