Latest accelerator underwritten by Walton Family Foundation launches today in Arkansas

Here’s another example of strong public-private collaboration focused on growing a region’s entrepreneurial sector.

Fayetteville, AK-based Startup Junkie Foundation is launching the third iteration of its “2021 Fuel Accelerator” program today. The focus is on artificial intelligence and machine learning to help start-ups in these fields connect to regional enterprise partners.

Supported by the Walton Family Foundation and the Arkansas Economic Development Commission, the 12-week accelerator will provide hands-on education and workshops for 10 companies from across the U.S. and India. Participants will have access to other start-up founders, industry experts, higher education institutions and public policy officials.
