UTRF releases more information on “Tennessee Venture Challenge”
As previously noted in an article on teknovation.biz, the University of Tennessee Research Foundation has officially announced its new “Tennessee Venture Challenge” to encourage students, researchers and community members to create new, sustainable businesses in the state. The inaugural event will occur in April, but the application deadline is December 16.
The competition is for new, independent ventures in the seed, start-up, or early growth stages. Teams may have business ventures centered on intellectual property from any campus in the UT System.
