Launch Tennessee restarts “Phase 0/00 Program”
Launch Tennessee announced yesterday that it was restarting its “Phase 0/00 Program” designed to help small companies compete for Phase I and Phase II Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) grants.
