Yesterday marked the midpoint of Launch Tennessee’s “Innovation Week 2023”

Wednesday's programming was offered under the "Innovator Summit" banner. The balance of the week includes tours and various types of open houses or co-working opportunities.

Yesterday was the third day of Launch Tennessee‘s “Innovation Week 2023.”

After Monday that was devoted to events for the organization’s network partners, Launch Tennessee and Life Science Tennessee held individual meetings with state legislators all day Tuesday ahead of a reception at Hastings Architecture.

Wednesday was devoted to workshops in the building in the Germantown area of Nashville where Launch Tennessee’s offices are located. Jim Stefansic (pictured here) kicked-off the topic specific programming under the “Innovator Summit” brand. His topic was one Stefansic knows well – the federal Small Business Innovation Research and Small Business Technology Transfer programs.

Other topics covered during the daylong session included “Your NSF Tactical Guide to Obtain Public Funding,” a lunch for attendees, “Defense Innovation Leveraging Dual Use Technology,” a training session for members of the various Launch Tennessee mentor networks, and an open house.

The week continues Thursday and Friday with tours and various types of open houses or co-working opportunities. The schedule can be found here.
