More than 3,000 people are expected to descend on Chattanooga this week for “Project Voice,” the No. 1 event for voice tech and artificial intelligence in America.  The gathering of companies and innovators who are shaping the future of voice technology continues into Friday at the Chattanooga Convention Center.
