UT Medical Center serves as launch customer for latest PerfectServe offering

Knoxville-headquartered PerfectServe has announced that The University of Tennessee Medical Center is one of the launch customers for its new “Patient & Family Communication” (PFC) system.

Designed to allow healthcare organizations to easily communicate with patients and their families using secure text messages or video calls, the PFC product does not require patients to download an app, and it integrates with the customer’s electronic health record.
