UAH wins $500,000 EDA grant for proof of concept center
There were no winners from Tennessee among the 25 awards announced last week by the U.S. Economic Development Administration (EDA) in its “Regional Innovation Strategies Program to Spur Capacity-Building” and “Access to Capital for Innovators and Entrepreneurs” initiatives. However, the University of Alabama in Huntsville secured a $500,000 award for a virtual proof of concept center. Read more here.
