TuneHatch is one of 42 most disruptive student start-ups

Started by two Vanderbilt students, the online platform helps music venues book more profitable shows through predictive analytics and streamlined processes.

A Vanderbilt University student start-up was one of 42 named to the latest listing of “Poets & Quants Most Disruptive MBA Start-ups in 2023.”

The company is named TuneHatch and was founded by MBA students Christal Hector and Nathan Youssef. Described as an online platform that helps music venues book more profitable shows through predictive analytics and streamlined processes, it is serving 15 Nashville venues and more than 1,000 registered artists.

TuneHatch also was selected for the 2023 “Techstars Chicago Accelerator” and won the Nashville Entrepreneur Center’s 2023 “NEXT Entrepreneur Award” for start-ups in the Music, Sports, and Entertainment category.

“Our grand vision is to build TuneHatch into the world’s go to platform for live music and entertainment,” the Founders said. “Fostering an ecosystem that is transparent, efficient, and profitable for musicians, venues, and fans alike.”
