Tennessee State University is one of 10 institutions that will be competing in an inaugural weekend-long entrepreneurial competition for Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) that starts today in Detroit.

Ally Financial teamed-up with Sean “Big Sean” Anderson, a Detroit native, entertainer and entrepreneur,  and the Thurgood Marshall College Fund to create “Moguls in the Making.” It is described as a program aimed at preparing students from HBCUs to become future entrepreneurs and members of the business community.
