Charlie Brock, President and Chief Executive Officer of LaunchTN, told the East Tennessee Technology Council’s weekly meeting last Friday that Tennessee made the greatest gains of any state in a recently issued national survey.

The Milken Institute’s “State Technology and Science Index 2012” is issued every two years. In the latest report (http://statetechandscience.org/?ref=MIHP), Tennessee jumps from 41^st place to 35^th.
