TAEBC elects new officers, two new members of its Board

The Tennessee Advanced Energy Businesses Council, better known as TAEBC, has two new officers and two new members of its Board of Directors.

Chris Bowles, a Partner with the Nashville law firm Bradley, has been elected President, succeeding Trish Starkey, and Steve Seifried, Tennessee Solutions Executive for Ameresco Inc., has been elected to serve as Secretary.

Bowles work with Bradley focuses on energy development and financing for project development, and he has been involved in some of the largest solar developments in the eastern United States. Seifried’s role at Ameresco involves working with communities to discover their critical path towards renewable energy solutions, energy efficiencies, and sustainable asset/infrastructure upgrades. The company is a leading cleantech integrator and renewable energy asset developer, owner and operator.

Joining the Board are Robert Hardin, Senior Technical Manager for WACKER Polysilicon in Charleston, RN, and Katina Stavrou, Senior Manager for Schneider Electric’s North American Global Supply Chain.
