State of Delaware launches EDGE initiative to help small businesses
The State of Delaware has launched a new program aimed to help early stage companies. Called the “Encouraging Development, Growth & Expansion” (EDGE) initiative, it will provide grants to match investments by qualified small businesses with three state dollars for every one dollar spent by the business.
