“Start-up Weekend” set for October 16-18 in Kingsport
Northeast Tennessee is holding a “Start-up Weekend” that begins a week from tomorrow (October 16). It will be held at Kingsport’s Innovation Forge, 1100 Franklin Square.
AccelNow, PEAK, Networks Sullivan Partnership, and Innovation Forge are joining forces to produce a 54-hour startup workshop for entrepreneurs in the region.The weekend will include coaches, judges and volunteers who will help participants during their project development.
The coaches and judges include Aundrea Wilcox; Executive Director of KOSBE; Kenny Cornett, Founder of Innovation Forge; Ben Collins; Founder of Camellia Digital; Shawn Carson, Director of Venture Development at Tech 2020; Tony Lettich, Managing Director of Angel Roundtable; and Steven Jenkins, Founder and CEO of Synaptian.
