SSTI reports shows more than $500 million in NIH funding to Tennessee in last decade
Tennessee institutions have received more than one-half a billion dollars in funding from the National Institutes of Health during the 10-year period that ran through 2016. That figure, as reported by the State Science and Technology Institute (SSTI), places Tennessee in the fourth quintile.
