SkyNano captures third place in Megawatt Ventures competition
SkyNano Technologies, one of the inaugural members of Oak Ridge National Laboratory’s “Innovation Crossroads” program, captured third place and $10,000 in the recent Megawatt Ventures competition. The annual cleantech business competition for student teams is held in Orlando.
SkyNano Founder Anna Douglas suspended her doctoral studies at Vanderbilt University to be part of the inaugural cohort. She is focused on producing low cost, high value carbon nanotubes for areas like energy storage.
