“Site Shepherd” is a new app to facilitate site selection process
A Greenville, SC company has plans to at least partially disrupt the site selection process with a new app.
The company – Global Location Strategies (GLS) – officially unveiled its new “Site Shepherd” last week at the virtual SelectUSA conference and will also host a virtual “Site Shepherd” launch party from 10 to 11 a.m. June 29.
In this article from GSA Business Report, Didi Caldwell, Founding Principal of GLS, was quoted as saying that the app “was developed as a way to tame the big data tsunami that is required to make clear, strategic location decisions. What previously took weeks and multiple spreadsheets to decipher may now be achieved in a single platform often in a matter of days or even hours.”
