Silicon Road Ventures adds EIR from Georgia Tech’s ATDC as its Managing Director
The former Lead Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Georgia Institute of Technology’s Advanced Technology Development Center has been named Managing Director and Partner at Silicon Road Ventures (SRV).
Frank Tighe, who had been on the Atlanta-based venture capital firm’s Advisory Board, will join the team that is focused on building the future of commerce. SRV says that it empowers retailers to take charge of their own future through investment in transformational innovation. With more than 30 years of experience in the start-up ecosystem in Atlanta as well as executive management, fundraising, sales, marketing and corporate formation, Tighe has played a pivotal advisory role for hundreds of venture backed technology companies.
